My Billing policy
I try to help everyone who calls over the phone (or by email) for free.

 I've been working with computers since the late 70's and have found that many issues can be fixed this way but sometimes that "quick question" may need more troubleshooting than what I can do over the phone.
In these cases I need to either connect to your machine remotely or go out onsite to troubleshoot.

I charge $100 per hour for remote support with a 1/2 hour minimum
or $100 per hour to go onsite with a 1 hour minimum.
I accept payment by Visa/MasterCard through PayPal  or by check/money order and will email a summary with payment instructions at the end of the service call.

 Avoid smashing your computer with a brick as this will void most warranties.

For seminars, I charge $100 per person for full day (Instinctive Computing or Internet 101) classes and $50 per person for evening (Digital Imaging/Scanning basics) classes. If you are looking for someone to speak to your group please contact me; I do not charge a speakers fee when I speak about Identity Theft (locally) but I do charge a fee when speaking about other subjects or if the speaking engagement requires travel. Call or email me and we can discuss it.
